There is no one definition of what meditation is since it describes a personal unfolding rather than a defined goal. The practice sets aside time to pay attention to the human journey that we all take, drawing inspiration from the deepest source. We spend time at being more open to our own potential and the more we practice, it seems the more valuable the practice becomes.
Opportunities for meditation events, workshops and retreats appear on the event page. There is a weekly sitting group that takes place near Oxford station between 7.15 and 7.45 am on a Wednesday morning. This sitting is in silence. Please email if you want to participate.
