HATHA YOGA CLASS. Wednesdays. 6.45 to 8.15pm

This class is taking place in a new Yoga studio called the Vishuddha Centre on Osney Island near the railway station in Oxford. The studio has been built specifically for Yoga and has a lovely light practice space just by the river Thames. All class bookings are through the centre and can be accessed here. The yoga class usually starts with a breathing practice through which we explore the natural energetic lines of our bodies and our experience. This is then followed by a sequenced active practice in which we take our time to embody and be nourished by what unfolds in fluid movement.

EARLY MORNING SLOW FLOW CLASS. Tuesdays. 7am to 8pm

at the Vishuddha Yoga Centre. Bookings here. To be resumed in the autumn.

A RESTORATIVE PRACTICE BASED ON CONTEMPLATIVE BREATHING. Monthly class 7.30pm to 9pm.

Next class 15th March. It takes place at the Vishuddha Yoga Centre. In person and online. Booking here.

This practice works for anyone and is a deep resource for those already practicing yoga and for those with no yoga experience. It helps people to settle into a state of deep peace which is fully alive. All you need is a good supply of cushions!

‘Breath is not effected by inflation. It is free. It is not valued in this world. When we learn to value it we find where the Guru is, we find the edge between humanity and God and when we find that edge that is where the answer is.’
